First API client: Neovim plugin

You too are on Neovim all day long. Well, you're not the only one ;-)

[Well if you don't know what Neovim is, you don't need to read, but if you're wondering, know that it's a text editor, the successor to vim, also a very used by people who code ;-) but all this is only subject to controversy]

You can imagine that this is obviously a ready excuse to make a first plugin and also learn a little Lua.

Here is an ultra short video allowing you to see how the plugin works. ๐Ÿ‘‡

As you have seen, you can use the stopwatch as well as create time logs using the duration of the stopwatch, allowing you to use the time management part without changing context.

For the next version, you can expect to be able to upload a file and also directly start a task with the stop watch.

If you have a suggestion, or want to improve the plugin, you can create an issue, even make a pull request or install it if you feel like it!
